1. Equipment Introduction

This machine adopts a cross structure design with beam and column.
A tank polishing grinding head is mounted on the front end of the beam, and the system is equipped with a heavy-duty workpiece turning roller table.

By controlling the X / Z axis movement, the machine performs automatic polishing on the inner surface, outer surface, and welding seams of tank shell / cylindrical workpieces.

Combined with different abrasive process solutions, the machine can gradually reduce the surface Ra roughness value, meeting finishing requirements from rough grinding to mirror polishing.
