Overview:
The XYD-GJ cast iron cookware grinding equipment is specially designed for precision grinding and polishing of medium to large cast iron pots. With a CNC control system, it ensures efficient and stable processing, significantly improving surface finish and productivity. It is widely applied in the cast iron cookware manufacturing industry.

Polishing Head Configuration:

• Interchangeable sanding belt and flap wheel to meet different polishing requirements.

Processing Requirement:

• The machine speed must remain stable and efficient. Except for the recessed ring on the pot body, all other areas must be effectively polished.

• An additional servo motor and drive system are included as complimentary spares to enhance reliability and flexibility.
