The Xinyida Stainless Steel Tank Surface Polishing Machine (Model: XYD-1HH-3000) is specially designed for tanks and pressure vessels with a diameter of 800mm to 3000mm. It supports semi-automatic grinding and polishing of both the inner and outer surfaces.
By using a combination of multi-stage abrasive belts and polishing wheels, the machine can achieve surface finishes from matte to bright to mirror, with surface roughness Ra controlled below 0.2μm.
Compared to manual polishing, it offers superior consistency, safety, and production efficiency, making it ideal for industries with high cleanliness and finish requirements such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and precision manufacturing.
