The XYD-2 Dished Head Polishing Machine is designed and manufactured by
XINYIDA Polishing Machine. It is engineered for polishing both the
inside and outside surfaces of stainless steel dished ends and pressure vessels,
with diameters ranging from φ400mm to 3000mm.
This semi-automatic machine offers flexibility through the
interchangeable use of abrasive belts and polishing wheels,
enabling finishes from matte to bright to mirror (Ra ≤ 0.2μm).
It improves productivity, ensures consistent surface quality, and meets sanitary surface standards.
An optional heavy-duty turntable supports loads up to 20 tons,
making it suitable for large industrial applications.
